There are so many ways we can all pass this time at home, so we wanted to share with you some free resources that can help make your day that little bit easier. We all know that physical activity can help boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy so it’s important that while we’re all practising social distancing that we keep our minds and bodies healthy. Today we want to share with you some free resources that will go a long way to keeping you fit and energised!
For anyone who wants to practice at home, Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout are completely free until May 1st.
Free virtual yoga classes daily, beginner friendly 45mins long and in the vinyasa style, Mon – Fri, 8am & 5pm. Don’t worry if you miss the live classes as she will be uploading them to YouTube daily.

The Body Coach Joe Wicks is running a PE class every morning at 9am for kids to burn off steam and keep fit.
A running plan for absolute beginners that involves 3 runs per week with a rest day in between
