This report provides an overview of the key developments in the Irish investment property market during the third quarter of 2025.
The Irish investment market witnessed a resurgence in investor activity during the third quarter of 2025 with turnover totalling €699 million. This followed a marked improvement in transaction activity in residential, office and industrial assets during the three-month period. Overseas investors accounted for 40% of turnover in Q3, with French investors particularly active representing 30% of total investor spend.
For the first nine months of the year investment turnover reached €1.6 billion, surpassing levels seen for the same period in 2023 and 2024. The majority of this, 71%, was located in Dublin while a further 21% comprised portfolio transactions that were spread across various locations.
