Since c. 2015, the focus of residential investment has shifted to include the Institutional Investor, a market participant that prior to that, had little to no involvement in the Irish market. Whilst we continue to provide advice and services to the domestic investor (who holds say 9 units or less), our remit now includes the Instructional purchaser / operator, as an undersupplied rental market and one of the EU's strongest performing economic zones, have proved exceptionally attractive to international institutions looking to deploy capital on global / pan European basis.
