In the last number of years, Sherry FitzGerald Commercial has been involved in numerous significant transactions, and has managed the disposal of approximately €1.4 billion across 4,000 PRS homes. Additionally, we have provided development advisory services for a further approx. 5,600 PRS homes.

We actively engage with all market participants, to include industry bodies, and our team are all active members in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Property Industry Ireland, the Urban Land Institute, and the Irish Green Building Council, amongst others.
