53 Seapark Drive
Clontarf
Dublin 3
D03 R8Y2
Description
Boasting a wide frontage with a generous garden part laid in lawn and bordered by mature hedging, the property also features valuable off-street parking and a garage to the side. An extended porch leads into a welcoming entrance hall, off which lie two well-proportioned interconnecting reception rooms featuring original picture rails, coving and open fireplace, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. To the rear, a bright kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the private garden and an enclosed side passage provides practical access to the garage and rear garden. Upstairs, the accommodation includes three spacious bedrooms – two comfortable doubles and a generously sized single – along with a big family shower room. While this much-loved home has been carefully maintained over the years, it presents an exciting opportunity for modernisation and extension on the first floor level over the garage and ground floor, subject to planning. The large rear garden is not overlooked and enjoys excellent privacy with an array of shrubs, plants and hedging, the garden is further enhanced by rear access via a shared gated laneway. This is a superb opportunity to create a bespoke family home in a quiet yet well connected setting, just a short stroll from Clontarf’s seafront.
