At the event which will be held in the offices of Strutt & Parker in Mayfair, they will be displaying a sample of properties from all across Ireland , giving UK purchasers an opportunity to meet property professionals from several of their offices across the country in one day, and in one location.

Encouragingly, one can be optimistic for a general improvement in the sentiment of the Irish housing market for 2020. Although still early days, last December’s election results in the UK has, temporarily at the very least, removed some degree of uncertainty from the whole Brexit process. This should feed positively into the Irish housing market. Indeed, early indications suggest an early bounce in activity and general engagement with the market, with viewing levels up. Ireland is still well positioned as the fastest growing economy in the eurozone, and we continue to experience an on-going appetite from oversees investors for Irish property.
