The land is ideally situated in Knockenduff and is located within the Tramore Settlement Boundary. Tramore is ranked the second largest town in Co. Waterford behind Dungarvan with a population of approximately 11,277 persons recorded in the CSO Census 2022. This represents a 8.6% increase from the 2016 Census.
Tramore is located approximately 12km south of Waterford City, 10km west of Dunmore East and 33km east of Dungarvan.
