Description
A great bungalow that was designed around family living and offers plenty of possibilities to a new owner. It combines the peace of the countryside but is an easy reach of services.
Built in approx. 1984 the floor area extends to approx.133 sq.m mts/ 1,431 sq. ft, and has a site area of approx. .84 of one acre.
The accommodation is deceptively spacious and comprises an entrance hallway, a sitting room with open fireplace, a very large kitchen with wood burning stove, four double bedrooms and one bathroom. The rooms are comfortable with many improvements carried out over the years.
There is a garage to the back of the house, and a garden shed/fuel store to one side. Lawns and plenty of mature shrubbery surround the house.
