Marguerite Boyle

Marguerite began her career in residential property with Sherry FitzGerald, where she gained valuable experience in a fast-paced agency environment. She then transitioned to Commercial property in DTZ Sherry FitzGerald where she worked in both the Valuations and Investment departments.

Marguerite’s significant experience in Professional Services allows her to provide informed and technical advice to her clients, she re-joined Sherry FitzGerald New Homes in 2019 as Divisional Director.

Marguerite’s role primarily involves advising clients on the development and sale of residential property across the Build to Sell (BTS) and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors. With a background in Professional Services and Residential Agency, Marguerite has gained invaluable experience across all sectors of the Irish property market.
