Des joined Sherry FitzGerald in 1990 and has made significant contributions across multiple areas of the business. He was Managing Director of Sherry FitzGerald O'Malley in Limerick for 12 years from 2000 to 2012.
Since assuming the role of Head of Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide in July 2017, Des has overseen the succession plan and attracted over 15 new franchise members to the network. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in expanding the company's reach and delivering exceptional results for its clients.
