- Understand that to reserve your new home will require between €5k and €20k
- Understand that this deposit is fully refundable until contracts are signed.
- Understand that your builder will send contracts to your solicitor and you have 21 days to sign and pay 10% inclusive of your initial deposit, of the purchase price.
We have also detailed that even on new builds a bank valuation will be carried out to ensure the property you are buying is equal to the mortgage you are drawing down in terms of value.
