Testimonial
Ivan Gaine: I’ve grown up in Sherry FitzGerald over the past 24 years or so! Whilst the graduate and intern programmes have improved dramatically, back in 1999 I undertook an internship/placement as part of my Surveying degree for 9 months. The practical experience gained gave me huge impetus and energy for my final year in college and after a period of travel I returned to the Graduate programme thereafter.
I was working within the Commercial Agency and Professional Services/Valuations departments within Sherry FitzGerald and became a Chartered Surveyor in a couple of years. Fast forward to today, I’m Managing Director of New Homes and responsible for Development Land and Commercial Agency, a member of the Group Board, a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Chairman of Property Industry Ireland.
The market is ever evolving as is Sherry FitzGerald and we are entering a fascinating new cycle within the global market with great technological evolution and opportunities within the new era of ESG.
Education, development and learning never stops and Sherry FitzGerald provides great opportunity for development both internally and through the various external bodies such as the SCSI, PII, IPAV, IGBC, ULI etc.
