Currently the number of people choosing to return to Ireland is growing as buyers look at the benefits of moving back home. For many it’s the support of a family network as children enter the equation of lifestyle choices, for others it’s the prospect of a better quality of living in a safe environment. It’s true, we have it all on our very own doorstep, surrounded by such beauty and wide-open spaces, all within a short commute, it’s little wonder that our homeland holds a special place in our hearts.

For a small country, Ireland has an enviable wealth of talent across all areas of the arts, from language to literature, music to art, folklore to a long tradition of sporting prowess and the very finest Michelin star cuisine to more traditional fare to enjoy.
VALUE
One of the positive outcomes of Covid-19 is the fact that, for many of us, working from home has proved to be a viable option. No more wasted commuter time, sitting in traffic, adding hours to your working day - our current reality is working - it’s possible to still be productive but not necessarily in an office environment. In fact, research has shown that those working remotely tend to be more productive as there are less distractions, so maybe it’s time to extend your search outside the usual hotspots and bag yourself a bargain in a more rural location!
