Greenville Farm
Greenville
Enniscorthy
Co. Wexford
Description
The land itself has been zoned 'New Residential / low - medium density' on the previous development plan (new plan due shortly)and it borders a number of existing new housing estates. It is currently laid out in two relatively level fields.
Excellent location with the M11 motorway being only a 8 minute drive away while Enniscorthy town centre is within easy walking distance. A host of amenitis from schools, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and public transport are all a walk away.
The land is being offered for sale subject to planning permission for a residential development of less than one hundred units. Such an application would typically cover less than half of the land leaving excellent further development potential and obvious upside opportunities for the buyer!
A unique development / investment opportunity awaits!
