With a B.Sc.(Honours) in Property Studies, Tiernan joined the Sherry FitzGerald Group in 2014, working as a negotiator and valuer for Sherry FitzGerald McMahon until joining the Sherry FitzGerald Valuations team in 2019. Tiernan provides valuations for financial institutions and lenders; probate; family law; CGT / CAP; Revenue; HSE Fairdeal Scheme and LPT valuations. He covers the Limerick, Galway & Clare areas.
