Patrick joined the Sherry FitzGerald Galway office in February 2018 to lead its New Homes Department, while also assisting the national New Homes and commercial teams on various projects, including development land. Patrick is a member of both the SCSI and RICS and has over thirteen years of experience working in both commercial and residential property markets. Being a Galway native, Patrick has an in-depth knowledge of the residential and development sectors of the local property market. He advises clients on development opportunities available in the Galway area while also overseeing a team managing a portfolio of build to sell units.
