Residential Valuer

With over 20 years’ experience, Harriet’s extensive knowledge of the residential sector spans the Dublin, country homes/estates and land markets. During this time, she sold some of Ireland’s most high profile properties. Her expertise also includes professional valuations, providing strategic asset management advice on distressed assets to banks and receivers and acting for clients in acquisitions.

Harriet began her career in 2001 working in residential lettings and property management in Dublin city centre. She joined the Ganly Walters Country House Department in 2004 and Knight Frank in 2007 where she held the position of Divisional Director and sat on the Residential Board. In 2012, she was recruited to head up the Savills Country House, Farms and Estates team. She successfully led the department until 2018 when she then took on the challenge of managing the Savills Central Dublin branch covering sales in Dublin 2, 4, 6, 6W, 14 and 16.

She joined the Sherry FitzGerald Valuations team in January 2021 and provides formal valuations for financial institutions and lenders; probate; family law; CGT / CAP; revenue; HSE Fairdeal Scheme and LPT valuations.
