Declan O'Leary

Declan O’Leary has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and has been Managing Director of Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary Kinsella for the past seven years, having taken over the business from his late father, Michael. He holds a Degree in Property Valuation & Management from the University of the West of England (Bristol) and specialises in residential sales and valuations, with a strong focus on modern property marketing, including professional property videos and targeted social media campaigns.

Deeply rooted in the Enniscorthy community, Declan played hurling and football for many years and is currently Secretary and Communications Officer of Blackwater GAA Club. He is a strong supporter of local sport, proudly sponsoring and advertising at Bellefield for Rapparees/Starlights, at St. Patrick’s Park for Wexford GAA and with Enniscorthy Rugby Club. A regular runner, Declan also takes part in local events, including the annual Hope and Dream Run in Enniscorthy, further reflecting his active involvement in the community he lives and works in.
