David McCarthy is a Chartered Surveyor and Divisional Director and leads the Sherry FitzGerald Commercial office in Cork where he is responsible for the commercial business in the Munster region. David has over 17 years’ experience in all aspects of property related matters and specialises in the commercial sector, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions and lettings, landlord and tenant advice and rent reviews as well as extensive experience in valuations and development appraisals.
Prior to joining Sherry FitzGerald Commercial, David was a Director in Lisney and he has significant experience of dealing with high profile commercial lettings and investment sale transactions.
David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. He is an RCIS Registered Valuer and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
