Darragh graduated from TU Dublin with a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies and began his career in residential property, gaining experience across both sales and lettings in the Dublin market. He is currently a Sales Negotiator with Sherry FitzGerald Dundrum, where he is involved in the sale of residential property across South Dublin.
Darragh’s area of expertise is in residential property sales, where he manages transactions from initial marketing through to agreed sale and completion. He advises vendors on pricing and market strategy, manages buyer interest and negotiates to achieve strong outcomes for clients. He works closely with all parties involved in the sales process, including solicitors and mortgage brokers, to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
