Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence: Honouring Our Long-Standing Franchise Members
This year marks a remarkable milestone for several of our franchise members who proudly celebrate 25 years as part of the Sherry FitzGerald network. Their anniversaries also reflect an important chapter in the evolution of Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide -Ireland’s first national property franchise organisation, launched in 1999.
At the time, the concept of a nationwide franchise model in property was pioneering. Coming just a year after the launch of our first website in 1998, the Sherry FitzGerald franchise network set out to combine the strength of a national brand with the expertise of local specialists. Today, that vision has grown into over 70 franchised offices across Ireland, with continued expansion including our new model launched for Simon Brien in Northern Ireland.
As we celebrate our respected franchise members marking 25 years, we also celebrate the strength and longevity of a model built on partnership, shared values and a commitment to excellence.
Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds, Dungarvan – Joined March 2000

Since joining the network in March 2000, Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds has become a leading voice in the West Waterford market. Over 25 years, David & Gerardine Reynolds and their team have expanded their presence, embraced new technologies, and consistently demonstrated the high standards that define the Sherry FitzGerald network.
They were honoured with the Franchise of the Year award for two consecutive years -2006 and 2007 - a testament to the team’s professionalism, dedication, and exceptional client service.

Based in Youghal, Sherry FitzGerald Hennessy has been part of the network since the summer of 2000. Early memories include trips abroad, close collaboration with Philip Sherry and Triona Gorman, and the proud achievement of winning Franchise of the Year in 2011.

Originally founded by the late Michael O’Donovan, the Fermoy, Mallow and Midleton offices continue to uphold a proud legacy of service and community leadership. Today, the business remains true to its roots while benefiting from the strength and resources of the national network.
