Hi Stephanie
I hope this email finds you well.
I am just following up on this to see if there are any updates. The buyer’s agent has been onto me to say that her client is flying in from the states in early September so it would be great if we had a little more progress by then.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Simone

Hi Dave
It is currently with the legal department in Rathdown Dun Laoghaire County Council.
As advised, it is important we exhaust this option as the next option is engaging counsel and making an application to the courts to remove the restrictive covenants which as you are aware will have a cost. .
I am on annual leave from today but my colleague Niamh is chasing them for a response. I will be in touch once we have a final answer.
Kind regards

Hi Simone
Thank you for updating me.
Just by way of update- the mapper is preparing a map based on the original map from the lease in 1948 showing that the lands subject to sale are within the lands purchased by Dublin Corporation as requested by them – we will hopefully have this today and will issue to them for review.
I will keep everyone up to date as the matter develops.
Thanks

Dear Stephanie
Many thanks for the update on Benbullen, it is not great news regarding the restricted covenant given the purchaser intends on knocking and re- building, with a bit of hope we will be able to get some level of resolution.
I will be away from tomorrow evening so my colleague John Paul Condron cc’d above will be the main point of contact in my absence.
Kind regards
Simone
