Clair Cullinan
Non-Executive Director
Clair started her career in Sherry FitzGerald in 1987. She was a residential negotiator in our first Branch office in Terenure. Clair has held a wide variety of roles since becoming a Director including Managing Director of Residential, Regional Director of our franchise business, head of Central Business Services, a new business area providing a central service for valuing and managing the disposal of distressed assets on behalf of financial institutions, Group head of shared services and Chief Operations Officer of the Sherry FitzGerald Group.
Clair stepped down as Executive Director in 2019 but remains as a Non-Executive Director. She holds a BA (History and Politics) from UCD and a certificate in Company Direction.
