For a new tenant, ideally the property needs curb appeal

  • Clean the windows gutters
  • Sweep the leaves off the driveway
  • Trim the hedges
  • Cut the grass
  • Plants in the window boxes
  • Touch up paint in the hallway
  • Have the property shining both inside and out

Do the little niggly jobs that have been on your mind for a while such as small maintenance or repair jobs, now is the time to get the jobs done. The must do’s

  • Service Appliances Boiler
  • Install Fire extinguisher and fire blanket
  • Window restrictors
  • Have the carpets cleaned and floors clean
  • Power hose the patios
  • Balcony’s hosed and revarnished
  • Install Co2 and smoke alarms that have at least 10 years life
