Sherry FitzGerald Feeney West had a successful relaunch evening on Thursday, 19th October last. Following recent changes to the company brand the offices at Ridgepool Road in Ballina have had a complete make over from painting the exterior to vibrant red walls internally, signage and light boxes in the windows, this office stands proud on the corner of Ridgepool Road and Abbey Street.
Having completed all the works we invited Mark FitzGerald, Chairperson of the Group and Mary Dillon Chairperson of Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide to the re-launch together with our clients and local businesses that we work with over the past 17 years. This was a successful re-launch and it was good to be able to thank them for their continued support.

Sherry FitzGerald Feeney West has been in business since November 2000. Nuala Feeney opened her doors originally at Pearse Street Ballina and worked there until 2006 when the office was re-located to its current position on Abbey Street/Ridgepool Road. When Nuala started, like any new business, it was difficult, however, through her passion and interest in property and an increase in demand in the property market, the business started to grow.
Despite the economic difficulties of the property crash, we understand that it is an absolute prerequisite to have a strong ethical foundation, combined with a sense of unparalleled customer service. These were difficult years as at times you felt there was no end in sight. However, over the past few years things have started to turn around and there is more positivity and confidence in the market and we are now seeing people starting to move and trade up. This side of the market would have been stagnant over the past few years.
The market here in the North Mayo area is improving and demand in starting to increase.
