“Number of homes for sale half of 2010 level”
Sherry FitzGerald’s chief economist Marian Finnegan is quoted in a recent report in the Irish Times. While there are only half the number of houses on the market in Ireland now than there were in 2010, the article goes on to say that Dublin’s commuter counties, including Wicklow recorded supply increases. So not only does County Wicklow represent excellent value compared with Dublin (where the average house price is now €413,891), but we have more to choose from too!
